For the launch of Solid Starts, I lead the UX copy strategy and execution. Working closely with the design and development teams, I crafted clear, engaging copy that guided users seamlessly through the app's interface. The goal was to create an an app journey that made a complex, sensitive topic accessible and easy to understand for parents, and to hit 100,000 downloads in the first year, establishing the app as a trusted resource for baby feeding.
As the lead copywriter and CX strategist, I was responsible for shaping the app's tone and ensuring an intuitive user experience. I worked closely with the product and design teams to:
